How We Work With You
Just like a good home, a good relationship between homebuilder and client begins with a strong foundation. We want you to feel as comfortable working with us as you feel in your home, so we build that relationship carefully by:
- Listening thoroughly and understanding your needs
- Communicating clearly with you every step of the way
- Building your home right, on schedule and communicating throughout the project with regard to budget
We Listen to You: It’s Your Home We’re Building
Too many builders think that home construction begins with a blueprint; we know it begins with a cup of coffee. Your home is not a collection of walls, windows and doors. It’s where your family lives. So we take the time to get to know you. We sit down with you to listen to what you want and need in your new home or remodel. What your budget is. What timeframe you expect. Then we put together the best recommendations for you, based on our decades of experience. Once we’ve all agreed on the vision for your home, the design build process can begin.
We Communicate Clearly: No Surprises for You
From our first meeting to the final finishing touch, we’re in regular communication with you. That begins with a clear outline of what we will do and what it will cost. We agree on everything before any work starts. Throughout the design build process we give you regular updates. As a complex process involving many details, construction is sometimes subject to setbacks. We do everything in our power to minimize these, but if anything does occur that effects schedule or budget, we let you know immediately. Then we discuss the best options with you. As an ethical homebuilder we follow the golden rule, treating you as we would want to be treated and ensuring two-way open communications with you.
We Build Your Custom Home Right: For Years of Great Living
Our family takes pride in the homes we construct for families; we build lasting quality into everything we do. When you work with Anlon Construction, you’re not just another client and your home is not just another project. We’re onsite regularly, inspecting each step of the job to make sure it was done correctly before moving on. We even take before and after photos of the entire process, so you know it was done right. Yes, that’s above and beyond what many construction companies do, but we want to make sure that you know that you’re getting more value for every dollar you’re spending.
Great Homes Build Great Relationships
In the long run, the true test of the building process is that we have a great relationship long after your home or remodel is completed. And we have a lot of great relationships. Feel free to read testimonials from other families we’ve worked with – we’re proud of them.
